100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 10 – 15 g yeast, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoonfuls starch. 25 g milk, 200 g flour, 250 g blueberry, 4 tablespoonfuls sugar
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream. Mix milk butter, sugar, 1 egg and milk. Add flour and promptly knead the dough. Be quick, otherwise the dough will become tight. Put the dough in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. Heat the oven to 200°С. Make the filling. Divide the blueberries equally for 4 heatproof dishes.
Mix sugar with starch and pour the berries with the mixture. Roll the dough to 3 mm thickness and 4 covers for the pie portions. Cover the 4 dishes and smooth the edges. Whip the remaining egg and apply it to the covers. Pour little sugar. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
