Honey: 150 g;
water: 1 l;
pressed yeast: 30 g;
citric acid: 1,5 g or
juice of half a lemon.
1. Dissolve honey in the boiled water.
2. Cool the mixture to the room temperature and add yeast.
3. To leave in a warm place to ferment during one day.
4. Sift the beverage and add the citric acid or the juice of half a lemon.
5. Serve medovukha cold.
